Walker Buehler avoids arbitration

Walker Buehler avoided arbitration by signing a 2-year, $8 million deal with the Dodgers. The deal includes a $2 million signing bonus, and includes several $500K contract escalators based on games started and Cy Young Award finishes. (Ken Rosenthal on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Buehler did not get a big deal because this was his first year going through arbitration, and will be eligible for it again once this contract is up. Given that there are incentives for games started, it will be interesting to see how the Dodgers handle him in a year where he pitched just 60 innings in 2020.
