Matt Joyce signs minor-league deal with the Phillies

The Phillies have signed free agent OF Matt Joyce to a minor-league deal. (Matt Gelb on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Joyce will compete for a roster spot in Spring Training and try to land a platoon role with the Phillies. He slashed .252/.351/.331 across 148 plate appearances for the Marlins in 2020. Joyce could be a viable deep-league option if he’s able to make the team and see enough at-bats in 2021.
