Hector Rondon signs a minor league deal with Phillies

Free agent RHP Hector Rondon has agreed to a minor league contract with the Phillies. (Todd Zolecki on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
The deal includes an invitation to spring training. Rondon will make $1.5 million if he makes the team. Philadelphia is continuing to rebuild their bullpen this offseason. Rondon posted an ugly 7.65 ERA in 20 innings last summer.
