The negotiating window will officially open on Tuesday, December 8th and last through January 7th. The 31-year-old registered a 1.97 ERA to go along with 131 strikeouts in 137 1/3 innings this past season. Morosi notes that the Yankees, Padres, and Giants are expected to have interest.
