Fantasy Impact:
The 37-year-old struggled in the shortened 2020 campaign, batting just .157 with a .627 OPS. Chicago then declined his $12 million option for 2021. With top prospect Andrew Vaughn nearing the majors Chicago likely won't have much interest in bringing Encarnacion back, even on a cheaper deal.
