OF Ryan Braun was listed on the list of free agents provided by the MLBPA on Thursday. The Brewers have declined his $15 million dollar mutual option for 2021. (MLBPA Communications on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Braun will become a free agent after playing 14 years of his career in Milwaukee. The 36-year-old had hinted at retirement recently, but it remains to be seen if plays for another season. He slashed .233/.281/.488 with eight home runs, 26 RBI, 14 runs scored and one stolen base over 39 games in 2020. Braun will look to latch onto another team during the off-season or re-sign with the Brewers on a team-friendly deal.
