Sam Coonrod gets the save on Tuesday

Sam Coonrod picked up his third save of the season when he worked a scoreless ninth inning and struck out two in the Giants 5-2 win over the Rockies on Tuesday.
Fantasy Impact:
This was Coonrod's first save opportunity since August 30th and he converted it with no issues. His season stats are nothing to write home about, though, with a 7.74 ERA, 1.32 WHIP, and 14 strikeouts over 13 2/3 innings pitched. San Francisco has taken a closer-by-committee approach this year, which makes most of relievers unusable in standard fantasy formats.
