Ben Braymer earns first career win Sunday
by Mike Maher | Mon, Sep 21st 12:36pm EDT
Nationals pitcher Ben Braymer tossed five shutout innings in Sunday's win over the Marlins in Miami, allowing one hit and three walks while striking out four.
Fantasy Impact:
Sunday was Braymer's first career win and was easily his best outing of the season. He has had some success in the minor leagues but pitched to a 7.20 ERA in Triple-A last season while striking out 47 batters over 60 innings. If he gets another start, it will likely come against the Mets at home this week.
