Junior Guerra blows save in 10th inning Wednesday

Junior Guerra (1-1) blew a save chance Wednesday against the Dodgers, allowing two unearned runs on one hit in one third of an inning.
Fantasy Impact:
Guerra did the damage himself, as he slipped while fielding a bunt and made an errant throw. Guerra and fellow bullpen mate Kevin Ginkel were charged with blown saves, so it's still unclear who the favorite is to close in Arizona.
