Daniel Robertson picks up two RBI in Giants debut
by Jon Mathisen | Wed, Sep 2nd 7:27pm EDT
Daniel Robertson went 2-for-3 with two RBI and a walk in the Giants 9-6 loss to the Rockies on Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact:
Robertson was making his 2020 season and Giants debut after being acquired from the Rays earlier in August. He got the start at shortstop with Brandon Crawford getting the day off and picked up an RBI single in his first at-bat. He added a bases-loaded walk in the fourth inning to pick up his second RBI of the game. Robertson doesn't have a clear path to consistent playing time and will likely play a super-utility role for SF, which renders him useless for fantasy purposes.
