Lucius Fox traded to Royals

The Royals acquired SS Lucius Fox from the Rays in exchange for OF Brett Phillips. (Marc Topkin on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Phillips was out of options so the Royals were looking to get something in return as they continue their rebuild. Fox is a 23-year-old with speed but is still a work in progress at the plate.
