Nick Goody (back) activated from IL

Nick Goody was activated from the IL by the Rangers on Wednesday. He had been out since August 11th with back spasms. He struck out all three batters he faced in his return. (Rangers Nation on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Goody generates a lot of strikeouts with his fastball-slider mix. It is possible that he can pitch his way into the mix for holds in Texas. Owners in holds leagues can add Goody to their watch lists but leave him on the waiver wire for now.
