Kyle Hart walks four in no-decision

Kyle Hart gave up two runs on two hits and four walks over 3 2/3 innings during Wednesday's win over the Phillies. He had five strikeouts and didn't factor in the decision.
Fantasy Impact:
Hart struggled with his control but actually looked better than his first start when he gave up seven runs over two innings. Despite having an 11.12 ERA should get another opportunity on the mound which should come on Tuesday against the Blue Jays.
