Tyler Webb blows save, takes the loss
by Brad Camara | Tue, Aug 18th 5:57am EDT
Tyler Webb (0-1) allowed three runs on two hits and two walks in Game 2 of Monday's doubleheader. He blew the save and earned his first loss of the season.
Fantasy Impact:
Webb came in the sixth inning, and yielded a three-run shot to David Bote earn his first loss of the year. He owns a 6.75 ERA, 1.50 WHIP and two strikeouts across four innings this season. Webb is expected to be used in middle relief, and his rough outing on Monday most likely set him back for more save opportunities.
