Reliever Blake Parker's contract was selected by the Phillies on Tuesday as the team attempts to right a bullpen that currently boasts a league-worst 9.87 ERA. (Phillies on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Parker is a veteran arm who saved 10 games for the Phillies last season, but he did so with a 4.55 ERA. He'll presumably be given an opportunity to compete for high-leverage innings, but he currently only has value in deeper leagues that reward for holds.
