Fantasy Impact:
Backup catcher Luke Maile (finger) was ruled out for the season. The Pirates purchased Murphy's contract to be the team's backup catcher to starter Jacob Stallings. Murphy slashed .175/.246/.413 with four homers, seven RBI and nine runs across 70 plate appearances for the Diamondbacks/Braves in 2019.
