Welington Castillo opts out of playing in 2020

Fantasy Impact:
Castillo is the third member of the Nationals to opt out this year, joining Joe Ross and Ryan Zimmerman. He signed a minor-league contract with the team back in January and was penciled in as the organization's third catcher this season.
