Fantasy Impact:
Allen signed a minor league deal with the team in February and then put up an 11.25 ERA in four Cactus League appearances. Still, there's a reasonable chance he makes the Rangers' bullpen in a shortened season with expanded rosters. However, it remains very unlikely that he provides any fantasy value this year.
