Dylan Carlson continues his hot spring Tuesday

Carlson contributed a hit and two runs to the Cardinals 6-3 win over the Astros Tuesday. The Cardinals top prospect has scorched the ball to the tune of a .400 average, to go along with a 5/4 walk to strikeout ratio and a .650 slugging percentage through eight games.
Fantasy Impact:
The Cardinals have preached that they want to see what they have with their other outfielders before giving Carlson the full time gig but if he can keep this up deep into March they will be hard pressed to stick to that. If he does find himself with an early season gig he could be the Rookie of The Year favorite and one of the biggest steals of the draft.
