Cedric Mullins hit a single and stole his third base of the spring Monday against the Phillies.
Fantasy Impact:
Mullins was the Orioles' starting center fielder to open last year, but he got off to a disastrous start (.094/.181/.156 in 74 PA). Mullins is expected to start the year in Triple-A but he is one of the Orioles better defensive outfielders and has some upside because of his ability to steal bases.
