Rico Garcia non-tendered by Giants

The San Fransico Giants have decided to not tender a contract to Rico Garcia, less than one month after claiming him off of waivers. (Andrew Baggarly on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Garcia is a product out of the Colorado Rockies organization and has only six innings of big-league experience. He has the potential to be a contributor on a big-league club. He showed the ability to strike out a batter per inning while limiting walks when he was playing in the minors but until he shows his potential, he can be left off most fantasy rosters.
