Gennett was dealt to the Giants at the trade deadline, but slashed just .234/.254/.391 with two home runs and six RBI in 21 games with his new club. Mauricio Dubon and Donovan Solano will see more time at second base following this transaction. Gennett is slashing .226/.245/.323 with two home runs, 11 RBI and 15 runs scored in 139 plate appearances this season.
