Josh Phegley reinstated from injured list

Josh Phegley (thumb) was reinstated from the 10-day injured list Friday. (Oakland Athletics PR on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Phegley took the field with High-A Stockton on Thursday, and after collecting a pair of base hits, the Athletics have deemed him ready to return. Dustin Garneau was designated for assignment in a corresponding move.
