#Dbacks select infielder/outfielder Yasmany Tomás from the Triple-A Reno @Aces and place pitcher Taylor Clarke on the paternity list.

To make room for Tomás on the 40-man roster, the team transferred Luke Weaver (right forearm tightness) to the 60-day injured list.

Fantasy Impact:

Tomas hasn't played in the majors since 2017 but has been on a tear in Triple-A this season. Through 98 games he is batting .305 with a .944 OPS and 29 homers. He likely won't play enough right away to matter in most fantasy leagues, but he's a name to monitor for deeper formats.
