Blake Snell named opening day starter for the Rays

Manager Kevin Cash announced Wednesday that Blake Snell would take the hill for the Rays' regular-season opener March 28 versus the Astros, Neil Solondz of the Rays Radio Network reports. (Neil Solondz on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Snell struggled in his most recent spring training outing but fantasy owners should not be concerned with the reigning AL Cy Young award winner. Snell currently has an ADP of 30 and is a good pickup in the third round of drafts to anchor fantasy staffs.
