Eric Skoglund has start cut short

Eric Skoglund allowed one hit and struck out one batter over 2 1/3 innings on Tuesday against the Reds. He kept Cincinnati off the board, but had his start truncated by a 51-minute rain delay.
Fantasy Impact:
Skoglund's season has been riddled with injuries, the most alarming being a UCL sprain. He may pitch again this season since his start was shortened, but he's going to have to put together some quality starts next year before being considered a fantasy asset.
