Chris Young out for the remainder of the season

Chris Young has been diagnosed with labral tears in both of his hips and will be sidelined for the remainder of the 2018 season. Young underwent surgery on the right hip on Friday and will undergo the same procedure on his left hip at a later date. (Jeff Fletcher on Twitter)

Young finishes a disappointing season with a .168 average with six homers, 13 RBI, over 128 plate appearances. Fantasy owners that were keeping the veteran outfielder stashed can drop him in all leagues.
