Pirates outfielder Starling Marte has been diagnosed with a hand contusion after being hit by a pitch and leaving the game on Wednesday, Rob Biertempfel of The Athletic reports. He does not have a fracture. (Rob Biertempfel on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Marte not having a fracture means the worst has been avoided. Consider him day-to-day for now, though it would not be surprising for him to sit out a few games.
