Danny Salazar to miss remainder of season

Danny Salazar underwent surgery on his throwing shoulder Monday. He will be shut down the next 12-to-16 weeks, thus missing the remainder of the 2018 season. (Indians on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

It's a lost season for Salazar, who's been sidelined with the shoulder injury. Hopefully, this means he'll be able to return healthy in 2019. However, he can be safely dropped in all formats he was held on the DL in redraft leagues.
