Jaime Garcia struck out five and only surrendered one run and five hits in the Blue Jays 2-1 loss to the Philadelphia Phillies.
Fantasy Impact:
Garcia had his best performance of the season yet still holds a 5.52 ERA and a 1.51 WHIP. If you can roster someone else with more upside I would do so, otherwise, Garcia is a matchup play at best.
