Junichi Tazawa throws more batting practice in a real game
by David A Marcillo | Thu, May 17th 2:54pm EDT
Junichi Tazawa thought Thursday's game was batting practice for the Dodgers. He threw one inning, allowing three runs on four hits and a walk.
Fantasy Impact:
Tazawa was called upon for mop-up duty, but he was unable to even do that effectively. His ERA sits at an even 9.00 after 20 innings pitched. Since manager Don Mattingly is unable to resist putting Tazawa into close-and-late situations, the Marlins front office may have to ultimately be the ones to take the reliever off the manager's hands.
