Jarlin Garcia demoted to the bullpen

Jarlin Garcia has been removed from the starting rotation and will work out of the bullpen for the foreseeable future. (Daniel Alvarez Montes on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Garcia started the season off with great results but poor underlying numbers, all of which caught up to him over his recent starts. He's a 5.00+ ERA pitcher if he's left in the rotation long term, certainly not someone the Marlins need to build around. Elieser Hernandez is starting on Wednesday, but there are rumors that Sandy Alcantara may be joining the Marlins rotation soon.
