NIck Franklin likely headed for the disabled list with quad strain

Brewers utility man Nick Franklin injured his quad attempting to beat out a double play on Tuesday and is "most likely" headed to the disabled list, Adam McCalvy of MLB.com reports. Franklin had just been promoted from Double-A earlier in the day. (Adam McCalvy on Twitter)

Franklin is a utility man who is more valuable to an MLB team than he is to any fantasy owners, as he does not offer much in the form of offensive production.
