T.J. McFarland goes four innings Friday

T.J. McFarland took over for Kris Medlen in the fifth inning Friday and gave up a run on five hits while striking out three hitters.
Fantasy Impact:
McFarland will continue to be the Diamondbacks long man out of the pen. At this point he has very little fantasy value.
