#Dbacks OF Yasmany Tomás had a procedure performed yesterday by Dr. Bill Meyers in Philadelphia to clean scar tissue causing irritation in the same area as his previous core surgery on Aug. 22.

Fantasy Impact:

Tomas played only 47 games in 2017, as he was hindered by multiple injuries. He finished the season batting .241 with eight home runs. He is owed $10 million next year, so he will likely be expected to start again in the outfield for the D-backs.
