R.A. Dickey impressive in win Wednesday

R.A. Dickey was stellar over eight innings Wednesday in the 9-1 victory over the Phillies. He allowed seven hits, one run (earned), and one walk while recording nine strikeouts. With the win, Dickey has a record of 9-8 on the year. He will pitch again Tuesday against Cole Hamels and the Rangers in Atlanta.
Fantasy Impact:
Dickey has aged over the summer like a fine wine and he just keeps on impressing, two months away from his 43rd birthday. The rule of thumb is simple: If it's warm, hot, with some humidity, like a Heat Index around 80 or above, he should be in play because it's under those conditions that his knuckleball starts dancing.
