Matt Cain received a no-decision on Monday night in Oakland, throwing five inning of two-run ball while allowing five hits.

Cain also walked three and struck out just one as the Giants went on to lose 8-5. It's been an ugly season for San Francisco, and it may be time for them to consider alternatives for Cain's rotation spot. His ERA currently sits at 5.37.
