Matt Cain allowed three runs over six innings on Wednesday versus Cleveland, surrendering five hits and two walks while striking out five in a no-decision.
Fantasy Impact:
The Giants would go on to win 5-4. Cain hasn't been very useable in fantasy this year, and that isn't going to change anytime soon. For the season he has a 5.49 ERA.
