Jharel Cotton hopes to make next start after leaving early with blister
by Dan Harris | Sun, Jun 25th 8:53am EDT
Jharel Cotton, who was removed from Friday's win over the White Sox with a blister on his right thumb, is hopeful of making his next start, according to the San Francisco Chronicle. Cotton had thrown five shutout innings against the White Sox on Friday before departing. (San Francisco Chronicle)
Fantasy Impact:
Cotton pitched perhaps his best game of the season on Friday, and looks to be settling down after a rough beginning to his season. Owners in weekly leagues should probably start a backup, as Cotton is uncertain to make his next start and has a tough matchup against the Astros anyway.
