Jimmy Nelson turns in a mediocre start against the Cardinals on Tuesday

Jimmy Nelson tossed five and two-thirds innings of nine hit, four run ball against the Cardinals on Tuesday. He walked two, and struck out four batters. He did not factor into the decision.
Fantasy Impact:
While it wasn't the worst start of the season for Nelson, it wasn't that helpful for fantasy purposes. There are some good things to note from Tuesday's start, as Nelson was able to keep the ball in the park with zero home runs allowed, and he turned in his sixth straight start of walking two batters or fewer. He's still a gamble as a mixed-league starter, but he's a gamble worth taking if you're in need of pitching. His next start will come against the Padres at Miller Park on Sunday afternoon.
