Justin Nicolino exited Tuesday's start early with a bruised index finger on his throwing hand. He told reporters that he expects to make his next scheduled start. (Sun-Sentinel)
Fantasy Impact:
Nicolino suffered the injury while attempting to bunt against the Phillies. He was effective, not allowing a hit over three innings, prior to his exit. It was a prime matchup against Philadelphia, but considering how pitching injuries continue to mount owners in deeper leagues may want to monitor Nicolino as a streaming candidate.
