Joe Blanton to sign with the Washington Nationals

Fantasy Impact:
Blanton didn't start at all last season but pitched in 75 games for the Los Angeles Dodgers finishing 2016 with a 7-2 record 2.48 ERA, and a 1.01 WHIP in 80 innings pitched. Blanton might have relevance fantasy wise in holds leagues but outside of that he can be ignored to start the season.
