Player Note on Emmanuel Sanders (WR - SF)
Where has Emmanuel been? He has been nonexistent so far this post season, primarily do to the run heavy attack the Niners have went with. I can see a trick play where Sanders throws a touchdown in this one as well as having some receptions.
Player Note on Sammy Watkins (WR - KC)
Sammy as woken up this post season and has been very impressive especially in the AFC title game. I see Watkins being lined up on Richards Sherman quite a bit which will limit his upside. However, he proved he just needs to get loose once to be a big fantasy contributor.
Player Note on Deebo Samuel (WR - SF)
Deebo has been very good this post season as a runner and pass catcher. I feel like he will be relied upon this week to make some big plays to keep the game close.
Player Note on Tyreek Hill (WR - KC)
This matchup lacks true Elite wide out presence so for that reason alone Hill finds himself atop the elite tire.
Player Note on Travis Kelce (TE - KC)
Kelce just finds himself right behind Kittle in my projections. I see him being targeted early and often in this one. I have kittle outscoring Kelce by just one catch so you really can't go wrong selecting either.
Player Note on George Kittle (TE - SF)
Kittle has been a non factor in the passing game this post season. Kittle has been relied upon in the rushing game for his beast like blocking. I see that changing this Sunday as he is due for a monster performance.
Player Note on Damien Williams (RB - KC)
William's has looked like his old post season self scoring multiple times over the last two outings. He does face a stiffer test this week and I project him to be outperformed by his counterpart which is why he is ranked 2 on my sheet.
Player Note on Raheem Mostert (RB - SF)
Completely took over the NFC title game on his way to a record setting performance. I have him as the SF back to own this week. A touchdown game is very possible for Raheem which puts him a top my RB rankings.
Player Note on Patrick Mahomes (QB - KC)
Patrick Mahomes has been on an absolute terror this post season . He will no doubt face his toughest test yet in a ferocious SF front seven. I don't foresee a five touchdown game for Patty but he will do enough to out perform Jimmy G. I have him projected for 285.5 and two touchdown passes.
Player Note on Jimmy Garoppolo (QB - SF)
Jimmy G. has become one of the league best GM's. No not general manager but game manager. He threw the ball 8 times in the NFC title game but will need to throw it to keep pace with KC. I project Jimmy to throw for 251.5 yards and 2 touchdowns.
