Player Note on Dameon Pierce (RB - HOU)
Despite being down a lot, Dameon Pierce has found himself used consistently, and he has produced as much. Pierce is a consistent top 20 back who has been dominant on a bad offense. He faces a favorable matchup against the Giants making him a solid RB1 in Week 10.
Player Note on Josh Jacobs (RB - LV)
Jacobs has cooled down from his hot streak, but could see that spark ignite against an injured Colts team. Jacobs has been elite when given the ball, ranking 7th in fantssy points. He is one of the most used backs in football, making him a must start option against a middle of the pack Colts run stop.
Player Note on Kenneth Walker III (RB - SEA)
Ken Walker has been elite since replacing Rashad Penny, and could look to keep it going against the Bucs. Tampa Bay has struggled against the run compared to usual, ranking 26th in rushing yards per game since Week 5. Ken Walker is a must start RB1.
Player Note on Alvin Kamara (RB - NO)
Kamara has been the RB5 since Week 5, and should see consistent usage as a runner and receiver. Pittsburgh is middle of the pack against RBs so far this year, but Kamara has the talent and production to be in RB1 range every week.
Player Note on Travis Etienne Jr. (RB - JAC)
Etienne has been just outside the top 10 in fantasy points since week 7, but has been explosive the past two weeks. The Chiefs have not been great against the run so far, ranking 18th in both EPA per rush and explosive run rate allowed. KC also has allowed a lot of receptions and yards to backs running routes out of the backfield, meaning the highly used Etienne should be in for a RB1 outing yet again.
Player Note on Nick Chubb (RB - CLE)
Nick Chubb is a top 5 RB in fantasy points scored, and is ranked 7th in efficiency rating. The best stat is that he is second in red zone touches, making him a surefire touchdown upside player. The Dolphins are in the bottom half of the league in run stop, which should allow Chubb to inflict his will.
Player Note on Austin Ekeler (RB - LAC)
Ekeler is the RB1 in fantasy points per game so far this year, even after a slow start. Ekeler has seen his usage in the passing game increase and should remain a RB1, even against a dominant 49ers defense.
Player Note on Christian McCaffrey (RB - SF)
CMC showed his versatility in the last game for the 49ers, and should continue to see production against a bad Chargers defense. The Chargers are bottom 3 in rushing yards per game and EPA per rush, while CMC is putting up solid numbers as both a runner and receiver. CMC is a locked in elite RB1 against in a extremely favorable matchup.
Player Note on Saquon Barkley (RB - NYG)
Barkley has been a top 5 back in fantasy points, and is one of the most used backs in football. Not only will he receive a lot of volume against the Texans, but he should be able to produce well against a defense that is in the bottom 5 in rushing yards per game and rush EPA per play. Barkley is a top 3 option against a bad Texans run stop.
Player Note on Derrick Henry (RB - TEN)
Henry has been the most dominant back in football, and should see that continue against a Broncos defense that just traded their best defensive player. The Broncos have are 18th in explosive run rate allowed and 20th in EPA per rush, meaning that Henry should have no problem landing inside the top 5 for another week.
