Description:

FantasyPros is expanding, and we’re on the lookout for an Ad Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a key role in identifying growth opportunities within our Ad Operations and ensuring their successful execution. You’ll work across multiple platforms, including our website and mobile apps, optimizing ad performance across channels, and providing actionable insights. We’re seeking a candidate who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee Ad Operations: Manage strategy, execution, and optimization across all ad channels and formats (programmatic display, mobile apps, video, native).
  • Revenue Optimization: Maximize ad revenue by fine-tuning programmatic campaigns and exploring new demand partners.
  • Innovate Header Bidding: Lead the development and execution of header bidding strategies, while staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Leverage Data for Insights: Create, analyze, and report on KPIs with data-driven recommendations to enhance performance.
  • Tagging & Tracking: Manage the implementation of tracking tags and parameters for both website and mobile app analytics.
  • Industry Trends: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring trends in digital advertising and marketing to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support Direct Partnerships: Assist in the planning and execution of direct partnership campaigns by helping to complete media plans, setting up tracking, and reporting on performance.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years with Google Ad Manager ad-serving technology.
  • Programmatic Expertise: Knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, Exchanges, Ad Networks, and header bidding practices.
  • Analytical Prowess: Strong ability to digest complex data and translate it into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics, and tracking/tagging implementation.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, able to work with technical and non-technical teams alike.
  • Passion for Fantasy Sports: An enthusiasm for fantasy sports and the digital media landscape.
