Superflex drafts completely change the way you have to approach the board, since there is a high demand for quarterbacks early and often. When you’re picking from the 1.01, every decision has a ripple effect throughout the rest of your draft, resulting in having to reach for players who may not make it back to you. With back-to-back selections, you have to think several picks ahead and anticipate positional runs while drafting with a little more strategy. Ending with a 93/100 A+ grade in this fantasy football mock draft, I was pretty pumped about how this went down.

Fantasy Football Mock Draft
1.01: Josh Allen (QB – BUF)
This was an easy choice.
2.12: Ashton Jeanty (RB – LV) & 3.01: Amon-Ra St. Brown (WR – DET)
Also Considered: Kenneth Walker, Justin Jefferson, Drake London.
After taking Josh Allen, I knew I didn’t want to draft another quarterback this early, so I capitalized on the top playmakers left on the board.
Having both Ashton Jeanty and Amon-Ra St. Brown fall to me was phenomenal value.
4.12: Tyler Shough (QB – NO) & 5.01: Malik Willis (QB – MIA)
Also Considered: Garrett Wilson, Tee Higgins, Jeremiyah Love
With little surprise, quarterbacks were flying off the board, and with me skipping out on a second signal-caller in the rounds prior, I doubled dip at the position.
Both quarterbacks I drafted are projected to open the season as their team’s Week 1 starter, and if they play well, there’s a good chance they keep those jobs all year.
Tyler Shough took over as the starter in Week 9 last season. From Week 10 on, he completed nearly 70% of his passes while averaging 7.7 yards per attempt. He now has the benefit of an entire offseason, training camp and preseason working with the first-team offense, giving him a chance to take his talent to the next level.
Shough will be throwing to Chris Olave, Jordyn Tyson and Travis Etienne Jr., with Alvin Kamara in the backfield, and Kellen Moore orchestrating a fast-paced offense. That’s the type of environment fantasy managers should be targeting late in drafts.
Malik Willis is my quarterback sleeper. He looked impressive during his opportunities in Green Bay, showcasing both his athleticism and arm talent. Across six career starts, he averaged 6.2 yards per carry, giving him the rushing upside that can quickly elevate a quarterback’s fantasy value.
Miami is expected to be one of the league’s weaker teams in 2026, but from a fantasy perspective that isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Willis could spend plenty of time playing from behind, leading to increased passing volume and valuable garbage-time production.
6.12: Cam Skattebo (RB – NYG) & 7.01: DJ Moore (WR – BUF)
Also Considered: David Montgomery, Jaylen Waddle, Quinshon Judkins
Now that my quarterback room is complete, I can load up on skill-position players.
I had a few options at the running back position, and David Montgomery may have been the best pick here, but I was too excited over Cam Skattebo‘s backflip.
I was happy to select DJ Moore, as it sets up a nice stack with him and Josh Allen.
8.12: Tucker Kraft (TE – GB) & 9.01: Jadarian Price (RB – SEA)
Also Considered: Courtland Sutton, Jordyn Tyson
I know I wanted to add another pass-catcher here, and while Courtland Sutton and Jordyn Tyson are viable options, I ended up filling my tight end slot with Tucker Kraft.
Yes, Kraft is coming off an ACL injury, but before that, he was playing at an elite level. Kraft was the TE4 in fantasy through his first seven full games, hauling in 41 receptions for 469 yards and six touchdowns.
Despite missing roughly half the season, Kraft still finished fourth on the team in receptions, showing just how involved he was in Green Bay’s passing attack. If healthy, he has legitimate top-five upside at the position.
Jadarian Price is expected to enter 2026 as Seattle’s No. 1 RB, and while he wasn’t heavily utilized as a pass-catcher in college, the projected workload is simply too appealing to ignore. Price has a clear path to lead-back volume with very little competition behind him, making him an excellent late-round upside selection.
10.12: Ricky Pearsall (WR – SF) & 11.01: Jordan Mason (RB – MIN)
Also Considered: Jordan Addison, Quentin Johnston
It was a disappointing season in 2025 for Ricky Pearsall, but he is set up nicely for a bounce-back season in 2026. George Kittle is coming off an injury. Jauan Jennings is gone. Brandon Aiyuk does not look like he will return. Pearsall should see some good looks with Mike Evans taking over as the top option in the passing game.
I knew I wanted to add another running back here, and Jordan Mason was the option left with a legit path to high volume. He’ll likely split reps with Aaron Jones early in the season, but Jones is entering his age-31 season, and history hasn’t been kind to running backs at that stage of their careers.
Mason may not offer much as a pass-catcher, but he’s proven to be an extremely efficient runner whenever he’s been given starting opportunities.
12.12: Matthew Golden (WR – GB) & 13.01: Sam LaPorta (TE – DET)
Also Considered: Keaton Mitchell, Dalton Kincaid, Omar Cooper Jr.
Dontayvion Wicks and Romeo Doubs are now out of the picture, so Matthew Golden should see high volume entering 2026.
Sam LaPorta is poised to have a bounce-back year after back surgery. When healthy, he is a top-five tight end. LaPorta finished with 81 catches, 900+ yards and eight touchdowns in the 17 games before getting hurt.
Dalton Kincaid was heavily considered as part of a Bills stack with Josh Allen and DJ Moore, but I feel like LaPorta is going to have a big year in 2026.
14.12: Denzel Boston (WR – CLE) & 15.01: Brandon Aubrey (K – DAL)
This is a dart throw on Denzel Boston. He has the physical stature to become a gifted receiver in this league, but quarterback play could hinder his value.
Brandon Aubrey is one of the best fantasy kickers in the league. Aubrey was one of three kickers last season to score 15+ points in five or more weeks.
16.12: Los Angeles Chargers D/ST
I always use my last pick on a D/ST even if I miss out on the top-ranked defense. The Chargers have one of the easier starts to the season, facing the Cardinals and Raiders potentially against two rookie quarterbacks making their first and second career starts.
