2025 NFL Mock Draft With Trades: Two Rounds

While everyone in the football world was focused on Super Bowl LIX between the Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs, the other 30 NFL franchises turned their attention to the offseason weeks ago. The 2025 NFL Draft is still a few months away. Yet, it’s time for another mock draft. This mock draft is a two-rounder with 10 hypothetical trades.

2025 NFL Draft Guide: Mock Drafts, Scouting Reports & More

2025 NFL Mock Draft With Trades

ROUND 1

1) Tennessee Titans – Cam Ward (QB – Miami)

Reportedly, many scouts and NFL personnel at the Senior Bowl believe the Titans will draft Ward with the first overall pick. Unfortunately, Will Levis hasn’t done enough to keep the team from drafting a quarterback early.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Las Vegas Raiders receive pick 2. Cleveland Browns receive picks 6, 37, 2026 first-rounder.

2) Las Vegas Raiders (via Browns) – Shedeur Sanders (QB – Colorado)

The Browns have to hit the reset button and build for the future. Therefore, they happily sent the Raiders the No. 2 overall pick for a pair of first-rounders, allowing Las Vegas to get Sanders.

3) New York Giants – Travis Hunter (CB/WR – Colorado)

With no quarterback worth drafting with this pick, the Giants take the top prospect in the draft class. Whether Hunter plays cornerback, wide receiver, or both, the Colorado star will be a difference-maker for New York.

4) New England Patriots – Abdul Carter (EDGE – Penn State)

New England reaps the benefits of quarterback-needy teams and sees Carter land in their lap. The elite edge rusher could be the first overall pick if Tennessee gives Will Levis one more year under center.

5) Jacksonville Jaguars – Will Campbell (OL – LSU)

Head coach Liam Coen’s top priority is to help Trevor Lawrence bounce back after a frustrating 2024 season. Therefore, expect the Jaguars to focus on offense early in the NFL Draft. Campbell played left tackle in college but could kick inside to guard in the NFL, potentially replacing upcoming free agent Brandon Scherff.

6) Cleveland Browns (via Raiders) – Kelvin Banks Jr. (OT – Texas)

The Browns have to improve their offensive line this offseason. Jedrick Wills Jr. is an upcoming free agent and has struggled with injuries in his career. While some believe Banks will need to play guard in the NFL, the former Texas star is arguably one of the safest prospects in the draft class.

7) New York Jets – Mason Graham (DL – Michigan)

While everyone wants to focus on what the Jets will do at quarterback in the offseason, their defense needs significant help upfront and in the secondary. Pairing Graham with Quinnen Williams will give opposing offensive linemen nightmares.

8) Carolina Panthers – Tetairoa McMillan (WR – Arizona)

Bryce Young played well to end the 2024 season, keeping the Panthers from considering a quarterback in the draft. However, the former Alabama star lacks a go-to No. 1 wide receiver, a void McMillan could fill as a rookie.

9) New Orleans Saints – Mykel Williams (EDGE – Georgia)

New Orleans has several edge rushers set to hit the open market next month, including Chase Young. With Cameron Jordan turning 36 in the offseason, the Saints need to think about his long-term replacement.

10) Chicago Bears – Armand Membou (OL – Missouri)

Head coach Ben Johnson saw what having an elite offensive line did for his offense in Detroit. Therefore, expect the Bears to invest multiple early draft picks on their offensive line, especially along the interior.

11) San Francisco 49ers – Jahdae Barron (CB – Texas)

With Robert Saleh returning as the 49ers’ defensive coordinator, the team has a massive need at cornerback. Furthermore, Charvarius Ward is a free agent next month and is unlikely to return to San Francisco.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Denver Broncos receive pick 12. Dallas Cowboys receive picks 20, 51.

12) Denver Broncos (via Cowboys) – Tyler Warren (TE – Penn State)

The Broncos could add a wide receiver despite Marvin Mims Jr.’s second-half breakout. However, trading up for Warren gives Sean Payton his best weapon at tight end since Jimmy Graham’s best years.

13) Miami Dolphins – Malaki Starks (S – Georgia)

Miami has several upcoming free agents on defense, including three starters in the secondary. While keeping Jevon Holland should be the team’s top priority, they could lose two of their other three safeties in free agency.

14) Indianapolis Colts – Tyler Booker (G – Alabama)

After years of having the top offensive line in the league, the Colts’ unit needs some fresh blood. Ryan Kelly and Will Fries are upcoming free agents. Book could replace Fries as a rookie, providing the offensive line with a much-needed boost.

15) Atlanta Falcons – Mike Green (EDGE – Marshall)

Despite trading for Matthew Judon before the start of the 2024 season, the Falcons still have a problem putting pressure on the opposing quarterback. Green had a massive week at the Senior Bowl, putting him into the top-20 conversation.

16) Arizona Cardinals – Kenneth Grant (DL – Michigan)

Even after using a first-round pick in last year’s draft on Darius Robinson, the Cardinals still need significant help up front, especially with multiple starters set to hit the market next month. Grant could be the perfect addition for a struggling run defense.

17) Cincinnati Bengals – Colston Loveland (TE – Michigan)

While everyone waits to see what happens with Tee Higgins this offseason, Mike Gesicki is also a free agent. Meanwhile, Erick All Jr. is expected to miss the 2025 season with a torn ACL. Loveland would finally give Joe Burrow a difference-maker at the tight end position.

18) Seattle Seahawks – Jalon Walker (LB – Georgia)

The Seahawks missed Bobby Wagner last year. While Ernest Jones IV was a solid replacement as a trade target, he is a free agent next month. Walker would be an excellent replacement in the middle of Mike Macdonald’s defense.

19) Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Matthew Golden (WR – Texas)

Many believe the Buccaneers could let Chris Godwin walk in free agency after Jalen McMillan’s second-half performance. Yet, adding Golden on the outside would give Baker Mayfield an excellent set of weapons.

20) Dallas Cowboys (via Broncos) – Ashton Jeanty (RB – Boise State)

Most mock drafts have Jeanty coming off the board in the top 12. Yet, Dallas managed to trade back and still land the former Boise State star. Between the lack of running back-needy teams picking in the top 20 and the deep class, don’t be surprised if Jeanty slips on draft night.

21) Pittsburgh Steelers – Luther Burden III (WR – Missouri)

George Pickens is heading into the final year of his rookie contract while his future with the team is in question. Even if he signs a long-term deal with the Steelers this offseason, the team has a massive need at wide receiver.

22) Los Angeles Chargers – Shemar Stewart (EDGE – Texas A&M)

The Chargers found a star in Tuli Tuipulotu. However, the rest of their edge rusher group is getting up in age and are free agents over the next year. Therefore, finding someone to pair with Stewart long-term is a must.

23) Green Bay Packers – Will Johnson (CB – Michigan)

Unfortunately, injury concerns could push Johnson down the board on draft night. However, the former Michigan star is arguably the most talented pure cornerback in the draft class. The Packers might need multiple new starters in the secondary this offseason.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Baltimore Ravens receive pick 24. Minnesota Vikings receive picks 27, 91.

24) Baltimore Ravens (via Vikings) – Josh Simmons (OT – Ohio State)

Surprisingly, Ronnie Stanley played in every regular season game in 2024 for the first time in his career. Yet, he might not be back as a free agent this offseason, leaving the Ravens with a massive hole at left tackle. Baltimore moves ahead of a pair of offensive tackle-needy teams to secure Simmons.

25) Houston Texans – Walter Nolen (DL – Ole Miss)

While many expect the Texans to add a wide receiver with their first-round pick, head coach DeMeco Ryans is a defensive guy. Therefore, don’t be surprised if the team uses their top selection to add to their already impressive defensive line, especially with Folorunso Fatukasi set to hit the open market.

26) Los Angeles Rams – Josh Conerly Jr. (OT – Oregon)

Fans shouldn’t expect the Rams to use their first-round pick on a wide receiver despite announcing they will trade away Cooper Kupp. Instead, Los Angeles will likely focus on their offensive line, with Alaric Jackson and Joseph Noteboom being upcoming free agents. Meanwhile, Rob Havenstein’s contract expires after the 2025 season.

27) Minnesota Vikings (via Ravens) – Nick Emmanwori (S – South Carolina)

Ideally, the Vikings should use their first-round pick on a cornerback with four veterans set to hit the open market next month. However, there isn’t one worth the pick on the board. Minnesota turns their focus to safety with Camryn Bynum’s contract expiring and Harrison Smith not getting any younger.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

New York Giants receive pick 28. Detroit Lions receive picks 34, 65, 2026 third-rounder.

28) New York Giants (via Lions) – Jaxson Dart (QB – Ole Miss)

If the Giants don’t land a quarterback with their top-three pick, expect them to trade back into the late first round for a signal caller. Dart had an excellent week at the Senior Bowl, pushing him into the first-round conversation.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Cleveland Browns receive picks 29, 148, 2026 second-rounder. Washington Commanders receive Myles Garrett.

29) Cleveland Browns (via Commanders) – James Pearce Jr. (EDGE – Tennessee)

Cleveland will likely trade Garrett at some point this offseason, especially with the team facing a long rebuild ahead of them. Reportedly, Washington is a preferred designation for the future Hall of Famer. Pearce was once considered a top-10 selection, making him a bargain for the Browns while adding more draft capital in 2026.

30) Buffalo Bills – Derrick Harmon (DL – Oregon)

The Bills have several defensive linemen set to hit free agency next month. Pairing Ed Oliver and Greg Rousseau with Harmon would give Buffalo an elite unit upfront.

31) Kansas City Chiefs – Elijah Arroyo (TE – Miami)

Whether or not Travis Kelce retires this offseason, the Chiefs should look into his long-term replacement. Arroyo had an excellent week at the Senior Bowl, pushing him into the late first-round mix.

32) Philadelphia Eagles – Donovan Jackson (OL – Ohio State)

While the Eagles don’t have a massive need on paper, fans should expect them to use their first-round pick on an offensive or defensive lineman. Jackson held his own at offensive tackle in 2024 but is best suited at guard. He could replace upcoming free agent Mekhi Becton as a rookie.

ROUND 2

33) Cleveland Browns – Shavon Revel Jr. (CB – East Carolina)

Greg Newsome II is entering the final year of his rookie contract in 2025 and could be a trade candidate. Meanwhile, Denzel Ward dealt with two concussions last season and six in his NFL career.

34) Detroit Lions (via Giants) – JT Tuimoloau (EDGE – Ohio State)

Detroit’s pass rush was never the same after losing Aidan Hutchinson to a season-ending injury. Furthermore, the team has several edge rushers set to hit the open market, including Marcus Davenport.

35) Tennessee Titans – Emeka Egbuka (WR – Ohio State)

While Nick Westbrook-Ikhine had a solid 2024 season, the veteran is an upcoming free agent. The only wide receiver guaranteed back in Tennessee next year is Calvin Ridley. Therefore, adding a wide receiver early in the draft is a must for the Titans.

36) Jacksonville Jaguars – Azareye’h Thomas (CB – Florida State)

Many mock drafts have the Jaguars selecting a cornerback in the first round, especially if Travis Hunter slides to the fifth overall pick. After addressing the offensive line on Day 1, Jacksonville adds to the secondary early on Day 2.

37) Cleveland Browns (via Raiders) – Nic Scourton (EDGE – Texas A&M)

The Browns needed help at edge rusher before trading Myles Garrett to the Commanders. Pairing Scourton with James Pearce Jr. will give them an excellent pair of young edge rushers to build their defense around.

38) New England Patriots – Aireontae Ersery (OT – Minnesota)

If Drake Maye is going to succeed in the NFL, the Patriots must improve their offensive line. Ersery had an impressive year at Minnesota and could be a first-round selection, making him a steal for New England at pick 38.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

New York Jets receive pick 39. Chicago Bears receive picks 42, 146, 210.

39) New York Jets (via Bears, Carolina) – Cameron Williams (OT – Texas)

After seeing the Patriots select one of the final potential first-round offensive tackles, the Jets flip the Bears a pair of Day 3 selections to secure Williams. Pairing him with last year’s first-round pick, Olu Fashanu, gives New York talented bookend tackles for the next several years.

40) New Orleans Saints – Harold Fannin Jr. (TE – Bowling Green)

Unfortunately, the Saints are in salary cap Hell, making them unlikely to re-sign Juwan Johnson this offseason. More importantly, Derek Carr needs a difference-maker at the tight end position, something Fannin can provide as a rookie.

41) Chicago Bears – Grey Zabel (OL – North Dakota State)

Despite using their first-round pick on Armand Membou, the Bears double-dip and select another offensive lineman in the second round. Membou would likely start at guard, with Zabel playing either guard or center. All three of Chicago’s starting interior offensive linemen are free agents this offseason and unlikely to return.

42) Chicago Bears (via Jets) – Jack Sawyer (EDGE – Ohio State)

Montez Sweat had six sacks in nine games with the Bears in 2023 after getting traded midseason. Unfortunately, he had only 5.5 sacks in 16 games last year. Sawyer lacks significant upside but would give Chicago much-needed help rushing the passer.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Miami Dolphins receive pick 43. San Francisco 49ers receive picks 48, 115.

43) Miami Dolphins (via 49ers) – Jihaad Campbell (LB – Alabama)

Fans should expect the Dolphins to focus on defense early in the NFL Draft, especially with several starters set to hit the open market next month. One of those starters is Anthony Walker Jr. Campbell is a borderline first-round prospect and would be an instant upgrade over Walker.

44) Dallas Cowboys – T.J. Sanders (DL – South Carolina)

While the Cowboys could pull off a blockbuster move for Myles Garrett, they are more likely to improve their defensive line through the NFL Draft. Furthermore, Dallas has three defensive tackles hitting the open market next month.

45) Indianapolis Colts – Mason Taylor (TE – LSU)

Unfortunately, Jelani Woods hasn’t played in the past two years because of injury after showing flashes as a rookie. Meanwhile, Mo Alie-Cox and Kylen Granson are upcoming free agents, leaving Anthony Richardson with limited options at tight end.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Pittsburgh Steelers receive pick 46. Atlanta Falcons receive picks 52, 83.

46) Pittsburgh Steelers (via Falcons) – Jalen Milroe (QB – Alabama)

Pittsburgh could have a completely new quarterback unit in 2025. Milroe would be the ideal target for the Steelers on Day 2. Some believe he could be the next Jalen Hurts, while others view him as Justin Fields with less upside.

47) Arizona Cardinals – Donovan Ezeiruaku (EDGE – Boston College)

Even after using their first-round pick on Kenneth Grant, the Cardinals need more help with their front seven. They didn’t have a player on defense record more than five sacks in 2024. Meanwhile, Ezeiruaku led the ACC with 16.5 sacks last year.

48) San Francisco 49ers (via Dolphins) – Landon Jackson (EDGE – Arkansas)

The 49ers have invested multiple draft picks on edge rushers over the past few years. Unfortunately, the team still lacks reliable depth behind Nick Bosa and Leonard Floyd.

49) Cincinnati Bengals – Isaiah Bond (WR – Texas)

While Joe Burrow is putting pressure on the Bengals to keep Tee Higgins this offseason, the star wide receiver is far from guaranteed to be back in Cincinnati. Bond would give the team the potential replacement they had hoped Jermaine Burton would be.

50) Seattle Seahawks: Quinn Ewers (QB – Texas)

Geno Smith has regressed since his breakout season in 2022. Furthermore, he is entering the final year of his contract. While Ewers is arguably the most polarizing quarterback prospect, some believe he could become the top passer in the draft class.

51) Dallas Cowboys (via Broncos) – Marcus Mbow (OL – Purdue)

Dallas spent two of their top draft picks on the offensive line last year. However, the unit needs more help, especially if Zack Martin doesn’t return in 2025.

52) Atlanta Falcons (via Steelers) – Xavier Watts (S – Notre Dame)

Unfortunately, the Falcons have several members of their secondary set to hit the open market next month. Justin Simmons and Richie Grant are among those free agents, leaving the Falcons thin at the safety position.

53) Tampa Bay Buccaneers – Carson Schwesinger (LB – UCLA)

Fans wish Lavonte David could play another 10 years. However, the veteran linebacker recently turned 35 and is an upcoming free agent, while the depth behind him is extremely thin.

54) Green Bay Packers – Tyleik Williams (DL – Ohio State)

The Packers had a solid run defense in 2024. However, T.J. Slaton is an upcoming free agent. Meanwhile, the team has to make a decision on Devonte Wyatt’s fifth-year option this offseason.

55) Los Angeles Chargers – Omarion Hampton (RB – UNC)

J.K. Dobbins is a free agent this offseason, while Gus Edwards will likely be a cap casualty. Hampton has gotten some first-round buzz, making him a value late in the second.

56) Buffalo Bills (via Minnesota) – Benjamin Morrison (CB – Notre Dame)

Buffalo has some decisions to make at cornerback this offseason. Rasul Douglas is a free agent, while Christian Benford is up for a significant contract extension.

57) Carolina Panthers (via Los Angeles) – Deone Walker (DL – Kentucky)

Last year, the Panthers had arguably the worst run defense in the NFL, surrendering the most rushing yards to running backs per game (148.2). Walker could significantly help their run defense, even as a rookie.

58) Houston Texans – Tre Harris (WR – Ole Miss)

The Texans must add a significant wide receiver during free agency or the NFL Draft this offseason. Stefon Diggs is coming off a torn ACL and is a free agent. Meanwhile, Tank Dell will likely miss the 2025 season because of a massive knee injury.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

New England Patriots receive pick 59. Baltimore Ravens receive picks 69, 105.

59) New England Patriots (via Ravens) – Maxwell Hairston (CB – Kentucky)

While fans want to see the Patriots select a wide receiver early in the NFL Draft, expect New England to add a pass catcher in free agency. Meanwhile, Christian Gonzalez needs a running mate in the secondary.

60) Detroit Lions – Darius Alexander (DL – Toledo)

Detroit used their top two picks in the 2024 NFL Draft on the secondary. Don’t be surprised if they double dip in 2025, using their top two picks to beef up their defensive line, especially with several upcoming free agents.

61) Washington Commanders: Wyatt Milum (OT – West Virginia)

Brandon Coleman had a solid rookie season at left tackle. However, he shouldn’t have a starting role guaranteed next year. Meanwhile, Andrew Wylie is heading into the final year of his contract in 2025 and could be a cap casualty.

62) Buffalo Bills – Elic Ayomanor (WR – Stanford)

The Bills have high hopes for Keon Coleman in 2025. However, Amari Cooper and Mack Hollins are upcoming free agents, while Khalil Shakir is entering the final year of his rookie contract.

63) Kansas City Chiefs – Quinshon Judkins (RB – Ohio State)

Unfortunately, Isiah Pacheco has missed nearly 40% of the games over the past two years because of injuries. Furthermore, he is entering the final year of his rookie contract in 2025. Meanwhile, Kareem Hunt is a free agent this offseason and will soon be on the wrong side of 30.

*** TRADE ALERT ***

Las Vegas Raiders receive pick 64. Philadelphia Eagles receive picks 73, 107.

64) Las Vegas Raiders (via Eagles) – TreVeyon Henderson (RB – Ohio State)

Don’t be surprised if the Raiders draft multiple former Ohio State players after hiring Chip Kelly as their offensive coordinator. After starting four different running backs in 2024, Las Vegas has to give whoever is under center an improved run game.
