2025 NFL Draft Prospects
A lanky, quick, loose-hipped and flexible cornerback with outstanding ball skills and the ability to play in both man or zone coverage, he brings an aggressive approach to the position, allowing him to make some very impressive plays.
It’s been possible to throw his way in school, especially on timing-based throws to in-breaking routes, but Hunter compensates for it with his playmaking skills. He played much better this past season. Has all of the traits teams look for in a No. 1 cornerback. Would likely go within the first few picks even if teams were to view him solely as a cornerback, rather than a two-way player.
For my money, Hunter looks more natural as a receiver but might have more upside at cornerback.
Projection: Round 1

One of the flashiest rushers in this year’s class, Carter is an intense, tenacious rusher with a dangerous first step. He has a wide repertoire of rush moves and counters and flashes the flexibility and functional strength to take on blocks in the run game.
Carter started his collegiate career as a linebacker, but looks like a one-gap EDGE all the way, using his suddenness, bend and hands to penetrate and create chaos in the backfield. Still needs to play with more consistent discipline, balance and extension, but the raw elements of his game won’t prevent him from being considered by teams picking within the top 10 or 15 picks.

A very big, smooth, savvy receiver with an incredible catch radius and a graceful game, McMillan established himself as one of the best wide receivers in college football over the past two seasons. May never be the fastest or most explosive wide receiver, but has a great understanding of how to use tempo, nuance and technique to create separation.
Is capable of coming down with contested catches even in tight coverage, with rare size that makes him a mismatch for most cornerbacks. May not have quite the same strength and physicality as Mike Evans did coming out, but is a similar prospect and should go similarly high in the first round, likely within the first five or 10 picks.
Projection: Round 1
