Dynasty Rookie Mock Draft: 10-Team, SuperFlex (2025 Fantasy Football)

Super Bowl LIX is still over a week away, but the NFL is already looking ahead to next season. That ramped up this week at college all-star games in Arlington, Texas (2025 East-West Shrine Bowl) and Mobile, Alabama (2025 Senior Bowl). There’s still plenty of information to dig through between now and rookie draft season, but here’s an early look at a 10-team SuperFlex dynasty rookie mock draft.

2025 Dynasty Rookie Mock Draft: 10-team, SuperFlex

Let’s dive into our latest dynasty rookie mock draft for a superflex league.

SuperFlex Dynasty Rookie Mock Round One

Pick 1.01 Ashton Jeanty (RB – Boise State)

With the 2025 NFL Draft lacking a “generational” quarterback prospect, Boise State running back Ashton Jeanty is the early 1.01 in all formats. Some QB-needy teams might lean toward the signal-callers, but the elusive, tackle-breaking running back is the best combination of floor and upside.

Pick 1.02 Cam Ward (QB – Miami)

The battle for QB1 will go down to the wire, but Miami quarterback Cam Ward gets the early nod over Colorado’s Shedeur Sanders. Both have plenty of potential, but Ward is the big play, off-script creator we hope to build around in fantasy football.

Pick 1.03 Shedeur Sanders (QB – Colorado)

Although not as athletic as Ward, Colorado’s Shedeur Sanders is the more structured, pocket-passer of the top two quarterback prospects. He’ll need an above-average offensive line and playmakers around him to truly reach his potential.

Pick 1.04 Tetairoa McMillan (WR – Arizona)

Assuming Travis Hunter splits time between offense and defense, Arizona wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan is the WR1 to target in 2025 rookie drafts. He has the size, speed, and wide catch radius that NFL teams covet in target-monster X-Receivers.

Pick 1.05 Luther Burden (WR – Missouri)

Missouri’s Luther Burden saw his production split in half this season, but the wide receiver is too talented to drop much further. If you burn this year’s tape and look at his 2024 usage, you can see the vision of what Burden can be on the next level. He’ll need time to develop into an NFL wide receiver, but scheme him touches and watch him flourish.

Pick 1.06 Tyler Warren (TE – Penn State)

Teams looking for a smart, versatile, athletic tight end with great hands and natural play-making ability will be fighting over Penn State tight end Tyler Warren. He’s not Brock Bowers (now THAT’S a generational prospect), but he’s a half-tier above TE2 in this class.

Pick 1.07 Travis Hunter (WR – Colorado)

Colorado WR/CB Travis Hunter is the most polarizing player in non-IDP rookie drafts. Will he be drafted as a wide receiver or cornerback? Will Hunter split time equally between the two positions or will he only see limited work on offense? Until we have information, Hunter is the biggest boom/bust pick in rookie drafts. If he were to focus on wide receiver in the NFL, he’d be in contention with McMillan for WR1 in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Pick 1.08 Kaleb Johnson (RB – Iowa)

Much like the battle for QB1, the competition for RB2 behind Jeanty will be up for debate all offseason. With a body (6’0″ 225 lbs) built for the wear-and-tear of the NFL and an electric playing style, Iowa running back Kaleb Johnson gets the early nod. Johnson is best suited in a wide-zone scheme, where his patience and vision can be used to set up blocks and create yards. He has untapped potential in the passing game.

Pick 1.09 Omarion Hampton (RB – North Carolina)

North Carolina running back Omarion Hampton is another electric running back in contention for RB2 in the 2025 NFL Draft. Although a few pounds lighter than Johnson, Hampton has the size (6’0″ 220 lbs), hands, and playing style to excel as a three-down back on the next level. The combination of speed and power is a fun watch.

Pick 1.10 Emeka Egbuka (WR – Ohio State)

Although not as flashy as others in this class, Ohio State’s Emeka Egbuka is a technically sound wide receiver who wins outside and across the middle. He’s smart, dependable, and one of the best route-runners in the class. Despite being overshadowed at Ohio State, he finished with 1,000+ receiving yards and 10 touchdowns in both his Sophomore and Senior seasons.
