Dynasty Rookie Draft Advice (Fantasy Football)
Cam Ward (QB – Miami)
The former Washington State quarterback transferred to Maimi and led the country with 39 touchdowns and was second with 4,313 passing yards.
Cam Ward has a huge arm that helped Miami become one of the most explosive offenses in the nation. His ability to throw deep and stay accurate on most routes could make him a potential franchise quarterback. He was just one of the three FBS quarterbacks with over 30 touchdowns and fewer than 10 interceptions.
Shedeur Sanders (QB – Colorad)
It was an excellent year for Shedeur Sanders as he finished with the second-most passing touchdowns (37) and fourth-most passing yards (4,134).
Ignore the last name and the stigma around it, and he’s just a talented quarterback. He has the mental part of the game locked down as he does well with pre-snap adjustments and goes through his progression. He throws with a high level of accuracy, even in tight windows, and it shows with his FBS-leading 74.2% completion rate.
Jalen Milroe (QB – Alabama)
It wasn’t Jalen Milroe’s best season, and while it might have hurt his draft stock, he will be an impactful player if he can play up to his potential.
He’s likely the most athletic quarterback in this draft. He is tough to take down with a high-level scrambling ability. He isn’t always a run-first at the first sign of pressure quarterback; he can stay poised, look off defenders and make crucial throws.
